  My husband and I spent 8 months looking for a church to call home. We were so discouraged and at the point of giving up when we found Maranatha. This was the first church we walked in to where we were welcomed by complete strangers. We had found our church. We have been here for 5 months and we LOVE it! Very friendly, welcoming church with incredible pastoral staff.

  I have matured more in the LORD than ever before at this church! I've only been here one and a half years but I know everyone and they all know me.
  I highly recommend this church to anyone who wants to get serious about loving and serving God!

  I just moved to Jacksonville, NC from Baltimore, MD a month ago...and I have enjoyed the Young Family Atmosphere! Everyone is friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend this church to anyone who loves to be active in their local church. Their Children's ministry is wonderful! Childcare is awesome! Just Visit And You Will SEE!

  We have been attending Maranatha Baptist Church for a few months now since moving to the Jacksonville area. We absolutely love the church with friendly, caring people and great KJV Bible preaching by Pastor McConky. So thankful!!
